Everygrind Coffee Company LLC operates this website and fundraising platform. When we say "we," "us," or "our," that's who we're talking about. When we say "you," we mean you—the person browsing, buying, or running a fundraiser with us.

Using our site

You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only. Don't do anything that would damage, disable, or impair our services. Don't try to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Don't use our platform to harass, spam, or mislead anyone. Basically, be a decent human—same as we'd expect at your local coffee shop.

Placing orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order via email, but we reserve the right to cancel orders if there's a pricing error, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. All orders are subject to acceptance.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but mistakes happen. If we catch an error before shipping, we'll reach out to make it right.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed when you place your order.

Fundraiser participation

If you're running a fundraiser with us, additional terms may apply based on your specific agreement. Fundraiser coordinators are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with any applicable laws, school policies, or organizational rules.

Commission payments

Fundraiser earnings are calculated and paid according to the terms outlined in your fundraiser agreement. We reserve the right to withhold or adjust payments if we detect fraudulent orders or policy violations.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site—logos, text, images, designs—belongs to Everygrind or our licensors. Feel free to share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but don't copy, modify, or distribute it for commercial use without our written permission.

Fundraiser materials

We may provide marketing materials for your fundraiser. You're welcome to use these for promoting your campaign, but they remain our property.

Product information

We work hard to display our products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Coffee is an agricultural product—flavor profiles can shift subtly between harvests. That's part of what makes craft coffee interesting.

Limitation of liability

Here's the legal bit we have to include: Everygrind provides this site and our products "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for your order.

We don't guarantee uninterrupted access to our site. Sometimes things break, servers go down, or we're making improvements. We'll do our best, but we can't promise perfection.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Everygrind harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

Disputes

If we have a disagreement, let's try to work it out directly first—email us at [email protected]. If we can't resolve things informally, any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and handled in courts located in Missouri.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business evolves. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our site means you accept the updated terms. We won't make changes that materially affect pending orders without notifying you.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We're not trying to sneak anything past you—we just need this clause so one bad sentence doesn't invalidate everything.
