We Started Everygrind
Because Fundraising
Was Broken.
Teams, schools, and communities deserved better than cookie dough and guilt.
A parent volunteers to run the team fundraiser. They get handed a catalog of products nobody wants: frozen cookie dough, overpriced wrapping paper, discount cards to restaurants 30 miles away.
They spend weeks coordinating. Tracking orders on spreadsheets. Chasing down payments. Sorting inventory in their garage.
After all that work? The team keeps maybe 25 cents on every dollar raised. The rest goes to fundraising companies that haven't innovated since 1985.
That's what bothered us most. Not that fundraising was hard, but that it didn't have to be.
"What if the product was something people actually wanted? What if organizations kept most of the money? What if the whole process just… worked?"
Those questions led us to coffee.
Not grocery store coffee. Specialty-grade, roasted-to-order coffee from award-winning roasters who know their farmers by name.
Coffee that supporters would buy anyway. Now their purchase also funds a new scoreboard, covers tournament fees, or sends a kid to camp.
The Model Is Simple.
Great Coffee
We partner with craft roasters who obsess over quality. Every bag is roasted specifically for your fundraiser.
Fair Split
Organizations keep more than half of every sale. No hidden fees. No complicated math.
Zero Hassle
We handle fulfillment, shipping, and customer service. You focus on sharing your link.
It's Not Just
About the Money.
We work only with roasters who source ethically. That means farmers receive fair compensation for quality beans, not commodity prices that keep coffee-growing communities in poverty.
Every bag of Everygrind coffee creates three wins:
- Your organization raises more money with less effort.
- Supporters get premium coffee they'll actually enjoy.
- Farming communities receive fair pay for their craft.
Doing good shouldn't be a tradeoff. It should be the whole point.
What We Believe.
Fundraising should fund, not frustrate.
Quality products create repeat supporters.
Everyone in the supply chain deserves fair pay.
Three People. One Company.
Krista
Spent twenty years building people programs inside Fortune 500 HR organizations — most recently leading global mobility and recognition at PagerDuty. Left the corporate grind in 2026 to join Scot (her husband) and Mike at Everygrind, where the work is smaller in scope and louder in impact. Runs the company day to day.
Scot
Built the systems that keep fundraisers running — from order flow to roaster partnerships. Spent years watching school and youth-sports programs struggle with outdated tools before deciding to fix it.
Mike
Sources the coffee and manages roaster relationships. Believes the product has to be genuinely great or none of the rest matters. Holds roasters to the same ethical sourcing standard he'd want for his own family.
