Fundraiser orders are typically batch roasted and shipped together to maximize freshness and efficiency. Your order confirmation email will include specific timing details for your fundraiser—that's where you'll find the most accurate ship date.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, expect your coffee within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can watch your coffee make its way to you.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Many fundraiser campaigns include free shipping promotions—check your specific fundraiser page for details.

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship throughout the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping? Not yet, but we're working on it.

We stand behind our coffee. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're genuinely unsatisfied with the quality, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right—whether that's a replacement or refund.

What we need from you

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a quick description of the issue. Photos help if something arrived damaged.

Fundraiser orders

Since fundraiser purchases directly support organizations and teams, refund requests may be handled differently. We'll work with you to find a fair solution that doesn't shortchange the group you're supporting.

What we can't accept

Returns on opened bags (unless there's a quality issue), orders placed more than 30 days ago, or "I changed my mind" requests after the coffee's been roasted specifically for you. Fresh-roasted coffee is made to order—we can't put it back on the shelf.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but your coffee's nowhere to be found, let us know within 7 days. We'll work with you and the carrier to track it down or get a replacement out to you.
